Step 1)      Choose a firearm on our website: Just pick out the firearm you would like to buy in our store.
Step 2)      Add it to your cart, and check out with your own address: Add it to your cart, and then check out, specifying your own shipping address during the checkout process. An order confirmation will be send to you after checkout.
Step 3)      Locate an FFL dealer near you: Locate a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Gun Range or Pawn Shop that holds a current FFL and will process your transfer.
Step 4)      Have your dealer email/fax their address/license to us: Your dealer will need to email (FFL@rggunsny.com, or fax (315-946-5380), a copy of their license (FFL) to us.
Step 5)      We ship your firearm to your dealer's address: Once we receive the dealer's information, we will ship the firearm to their mailing address.
Step 6)      You pick up your firearm at your dealer: Upon delivery to your dealer, you will complete the background check at your dealer's place. Once the firearm is ready to be picked up at your FFL, inspect the firearm to make sure it is exactly what you ordered. If there are any problems, do not accept the transfer. We will gladly have the firearm picked up and returned to us at our expense.

Once you accept the transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair, or replacement. Any unauthorized returns to rggunsny.com. after accepting the transfer from your dealer will be subject to a 10% restock fee, no exceptions.

Note:  Most dealers charge a small fee for their services in the transfer, generally about $20-75.00. You will be responsible to pay their fee.

The new LCP and LC9 pistols both feature a LaserMax CenterFire trigger-guard-mounted laser with ambidextrous on/off switch. The laser can be adjusted for both windage and elevation with an Allen wrench (included), and can be removed easily with a Phillips-head screwdriver. These rugged, reliable pistols are polymer-framed, hammer-fired, double-action only pistols, and both have won the Shooting Industry Academy of Excellence "Handgun of the Year" award. The LCP is chambered in .380 Auto and has a capacity of 6+1 rounds. The LC9, which is available for sale in all 50 states, is chambered in 9mm Luger and has a capacity of 7+1 rounds. Both pistols are designed for snag free carry in a pocket or holster, and come with both flat bottom and finger groove extension magazine buttplates that can be changed to accommodate the shooter's preference.

The hardest thing is telling people the truth when you know they do not want to hear it. From personal experience I sometimes do not want the truth but I need to face it to move on . Bitter sweet as it may be. If we all tried to be a little more truthful to ourselves and face our own short comings we could deal with others as well. Look to yourself first . Then you will begin to see what Integrity is . It comes from within.

Anti-gun legislators from New York City have once again introduced firearms microstamping legislation (A. 1157, Assembly Codes Committee) that would result in banning firearms in the Empire State.
If microstamping were to become law, firearms manufacturers would be forced to employ a patented, sole-sourced concept that independent studies, including those from the National Academy of Sciences and the University of California at Davis, found to be flawed and easily defeated by criminals. Passage of this bill could result in layoffs of factory workers throughout New York as manufacturers, already being heavily lobbied by tax and gun friendly states, consider moving out of New York. Furthermore, firearms manufacturers could be forced to abandon the New York market altogether rather than spend the astronomical sums of money needed to completely reconfigure their manufacturing and assembly processes. This would directly impact law enforcement, firearms retailers and their law-abiding customers.
"This is an extraordinarily dangerous bill," said NSSF Senior Vice President and General Counsel Lawrence G. Keane. "As legislation that would mandate microstamping not only threatens law-abiding gun owners but our industry's ability to supply the nation's law enforcement officers and military with high-quality firearms, we encourage all citizens of New York to contact members of the Codes Committee and their assemblyman today and urge them to oppose A. 1157, firearms microstamping.
