More Gun control " I Don' think so"

The rederick has already started on gun control.Calling everyone that has a gun as a nut case.Being in the gun business we have control of the sale of firearms.If a person seems that they have no issues (mental) and they pass the federal background check. We sell them the firearm.In New York where we  have a store you also need to have a County issued Pistol Permit. So to blame gun sellers or the laws that we have for Gun control is way off base.Their are definite Problems with mental health issues.If a person says on 4473 Form ( Used to transfer firearms) that they have no issues that is the law we sell them the firearm.The sale of the gun is at the discretion of the dealer if the person passes the required guidelines. I think the Hippa Law prohibits mental heath from releasing any info. So whats the answer to keep people with these issues from getting a gun. More gun control is not the answer.JMO
But what is the answer. It is a tough nut to crack.I don't have an answer.And I Know Washington does not have an answer Except more gun laws.It is our right to own firearms.And we need to fight to keep that right.
